CMP is located at the Lady Washington Firehouse (20 Academy Street) in the block between Main Street and Cannon Street. There is a municipal lot on the corner of Academy Street and Cannon Street and some free short-term parking spaces on Main Street.
From Northern Dutchess County: Take Route 9 South to Poughkeepsie. Take a left at Church Street exit and stay in your left hand lane (this is an up ramp). Take a left at the 4th light onto Academy Street. To Parking: At the first light on Academy Street take a left onto Cannon Street. There is a municipal parking lot on the left. To CMP from parking: Cross Cannon Street and walk up Academy Street. CMP is located on the left in the block between Cannon Street and Main Street.
From Southern Dutchess County: Take Route 9 North to Poughkeepsie. After the Academy Street exit, get into the left lane, take the 44/55 Church Street exit. Take a left at the 4th light onto Academy Street. To Parking: At the first light on Academy Street take a left onto Cannon St. There is a municipal parking lot on the left. To CMP from parking: Cross Cannon Street and walk up Academy Street. CMP is located on the left in the block between Cannon Street and Main Street.
From Ulster County: Take 9W North or South to the Mid-Hudson Bridge. Go over the bridge ($1 toll) and stay straight on 44/55. Take a left at the 4th light onto Academy Street. To Parking: At the first light on Academy Street take a left onto Cannon St. There is a municipal parking lot on the left. To CMP from parking: Cross Cannon Street and walk up Academy Street.
